At Town Team, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a flexible 14-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund or swap.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Town Team account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the invoice is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep at your convenience.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or as store credit within 5-7 business days.
